What Is Group Healing?
Group healing sessions are designed to support a whole group at once – whether you share a common topic you want to work on, or you simply want to create a more harmonious, loving and productive atmosphere between you.
A “group” can be a family, a group of friends, coworkers, a project team, or any other community.
Sessions are currently available for groups of up to 18 people, and last between 75 and 90 minutes (based on the topic).
In a group healing session, we bring everyone into the same energetic space/field and work on:
✨ Clearing and harmonising the energy field of each person,
✨ releasing negative imprints, patterns and memories that affect the group,
✨ strengthening each person´s connection to their soul level,
✨ aligning the group with a more balanced, clear and supportive state.
This type of session is ideal when the group wants to work on a common theme.
Examples include:
- war imprints or collective trauma,
- a shared difficult experience,
- self-confidence or self-worth,
- clarity, abundance, or purpose,
- feeling blocked around a specific goal or project.
During this type of session, we will:
- Clear the auric field of all group members
- Strengthen the connection to the soul level for each person
- Release negative imprints, memories or patterns linked to the chosen topic
- Release disempowering or limiting beliefs around the topic
- Infuse new, empowering beliefs and “neural cords” that support the desired outcome
- Clear anything that is blocking the manifestation of the group’s specific goal

No. It is enough that each person is willing to participate, keep an open mind and respect the process.
Many groups feel a noticeable shift after one session. For deeper or long-standing issues, a series of 2–3 sessions is often recommended.
No. Group healing is a spiritual and energetic process and does not replace medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment. It can, however, be a powerful complement to other forms of support.
Choose a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed, wear comfortable clothes, drink some water and, if possible, take a few minutes beforehand to reflect on your intention for the session.
