What Is Group Healing?
Group energy healing supports the whole field of a relationship system at once, whether your group shares a specific topic to work on or you want to create a more harmonious, loving, and productive atmosphere. This approach is ideal for families, couples, friends or housemates, coworkers and project teams, and community circles seeking relationship healing and a lighter group energy.
Sessions are available remotely, for 2–18 participants, and typically last 75–90 minutes depending on the topic and depth of the work. Many groups choose a single reset session first, then book a short series for deeper, more stable change.
What happens in a Group Healing session?
We bring everyone into the same energetic field and facilitate a structured reset that blends relationship energy healing with trauma-informed co-regulation. Common focuses include:
