Most people wish to heal some aspect of their life, whether it is their body, their mind, their soul, their relationships, the world, the Earth and the list goes on.
They wish to repair, to fix, to remove something that is not good, to release the pain, the trauma, the disease, the toxicity etc.
While those intentions are valuable, the idea of repairing or fixing is disempowering since it conveys to our mind the idea that we are not whole or that we are lacking something.
Also, the idea of ¨removing something that is not good´´ from our body or mind could create a sort of resistance to healing as the idea of ´´removing´´ conveys the idea of loss and possibly pain. The mind dreads that the act of removing could be painful.
In truth, whatever we have created so far in our life has a reason and a right to be. Instead of trying to remove it (and possibly creating more suffering) let us instead acknowledge its presence from a state of internal power and compassion and focus on transforming it into what we truly wish to create.
This, in truth, is my vision of the process of healing:
To tune into whatever we wish to transform, read what is and then go beyond it allowing it to transform into a higher version of itself.
Knowing what the process of healing truly is, our mind shall open up more to accepting the beginning of our healing journey.
While observing what is and fully acknowledging it, it is important to do so without judging for whatever we judge persists.
So, be brave, look closely at the situation and then doors shall open in your awareness ushering the path to your healing.
Looking at it won´t make it stronger. Just the contrary!
During this process of observation and ¨tuning into¨, love and compassion are necessary. The more you will tune into the situation with compassion the more you will allow it to transform as if the situation was merely awaiting your compassionate acknowledgement!
Refusing to look at it closely will only keep it more in place for the act of resisting and refusal will only create more blockages to your healing.
Finally, during the process of healing you will most probably receive a kind of inspiration about what was the root cause of this whole situation.
Maybe you will see how a decision, a belief, taken by you, your ancestors or even humanity was the root cause.
At this point it is important to receive this information without any blaming nor judging simply by allowing yourself to grow into more self-awareness by owning your part of responsibility. Simultaneously, you would start realizing that you do have a power to create, that your thoughts are creative, that in the same way as they had created this undesired situation, they can also create a desirable situation!
For that, you will need to go back to the source of the set of beliefs, take note of them and change them into a new set of beliefs more in line with your goals!
This is how by owning your unintended creations you will be opening the door to getting back your power to manifest what you want.
You will be realizing that:
By your intent and compassion, you are capable of healing.
You are not victim of any of your created situations.
You can transform any situation and heal.
When you start acknowledging your true essence by remembering all those beliefs and anchoring them deeply within every cell of your body then the physical and emotional healing can start.
And this is how we come to the conclusion that in order to heal, the most important element is simply to Remember who we are and remember our power to create and learn how to do it!
It really is a sort of changing your point of view by switching from considering yourself to be a victim of circumstances of life to realizing that you are a powerful co-creative being.
So, let us remember and let us affirm and anchor those beliefs around healing:
I am a divine and powerful being.
I am a creative being.
My thoughts by themselves are creative.
I choose wisely the thoughts I desire to have as each one creates a specific outcome.
I remember the power of my will and intention.
I focus my will and intention on what I wish to create more of.
My physical and emotional health is my responsibility.
I eat what makes my body feel at peace, nourished and strong.
I choose thoughts that make my mind and heart feel at peace.
I choose habits that nourish kindness, respect, compassion, and forgiveness so that my heart feels happy and expansive.
I respect the divine law: I shall not harm, not the body, not the mind, not the heart, not mine not others´.
I choose to trust in a living and generous universe.
I choose to acknowledge the presence of my soul and to be friends with this higher presence within me.
